1. Overview
   At JMV Innerwear, we are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service. Due to the intimate nature of undergarments and lingerie, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds to ensure the safety and hygiene of our customers.
2. Eligibility for Returns

• Hygiene Products: We do not accept returns or exchanges on Panties, Briefs, Shapewear Panties, Masks, Lingerie Sets & Maternity Panties due to the Hygiene Issues and intimate nature of the garment.
• Faulty/Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, you may request a return or exchange within 5 days of receiving your order. Please provide proof of purchase and images of the defect or damage.

3. Conditions for Return

• Unused and Unworn: Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
• Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging, including any boxes, bags, or protective materials.
• Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

4. Return Process

• Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
• Shipping: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refund Policy

• Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
• Non-Refundable Items: Shipping charges, gift cards, and any promotional items are non-refundable.
• Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for items that are returned in a condition different from their original state (e.g., packaging damaged).

6. Exchanges

• Exchanging Faulty Items: If you wish to exchange a defective or damaged product, please follow the return process. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send you a replacement product at no additional cost.
• Unavailable Items: If the item you wish to exchange is no longer available, you may choose to receive a refund or select a different product of equal value.

7. Non-Returnable Items

• Final Sale Items: Certain items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
• Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-returnable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

8. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed and shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
